A Note from Bono
Thank you for starting a movement to save lives. Thank you
for asking your friends and family to join ONE.org. Thank
you for calling on the President, Congress and the heart
of America to do more for the world's poor.
Thank you for being one of the first 2 million of us crazy
enough to say America won't stand for global AIDS and
stupid poverty. And thank you to the people who joined
campaigns in other countries to make their governments
come to the table and do more for the world's poor.

Positive
people will intuitively respond to your positive dreams.
Encouragement will come from places and people you least
expect.
Believe in your positive fantasies and you will begin to
actualize them.
I speak from experience.
An all-glass church?
A Crystal Cathedral?
A fantasy?
Yes - and today, it is a fantastic reality!
Positive fantasies become positive realities when by faith
you start
to do something about them. Make them happen. They will
become
tomorrow's talked-about achievement.

Marc Gold started this small project 16 years ago, in
1989. The idea is very simple. Every year about 100 people
contribute to the project and he takes the money to Third
World Countries and looks for the neediest people he can
find.
He then puts the money to work in the most compassionate,
appropriate, culturally compatible, constructive and
practical manner possible.
He pays for his own travel expenses. You put the donation
into Marc's hands and he puts the funds directly into the
hands of the needy or a trusted grassroots organization
helping them.
I love this man and the example he sets for all of us!
Thank you Marc, you are one of my heroes and I am grateful
to support
your efforts. Join with us at http://www.100friends.com/

Jesse
& John Davidson
Learn about the man who asked himself – “How far
would you go for someone you love?” And find out how
you can take part in a most amazing story.
John Davidson is a man of deep compassion and
conviction. Learning that his son Jesse had a serious
genetic illness, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, John was
driven to raise research funds to find a cure. Leaving a
highly successful career in Broadcast Journalism, and
the comforts of his home, John took to the road. He
embarked on an awe-inspiring journey of love, courage
and commitment. From news reporter to newsmaker,
Davidson became a Canadian hero.
John's monumental quest begins with an incredible
mission: to push his son Jesse in a wheelchair across
Ontario, Canada. The 3300 kilometre epic Journey
generated $1.5 million for genetic research. But it
didn't end there. Driven by an inner strength and
determination, 52 year old John Davidson went on 8,300
kilometres in 286 days. He walked across Canada!
"I could probably forgive myself if I couldn't
complete the job ahead, but I couldn't forgive myself if
I didn't go out and try."— John Davidson

In Loving Memory of
Roy
Rogers "King of the Cowboys" A True American Hero |
PUBLISHERS NOTE: Roy
Rogers is one of my childhood hero's and a
fine example of a positive person.
In addition to the millions of fan's he
touched with his many talents and gifts.
He
generously gave to his family, his local community and church throughout his life.
I will never
forget the day that I took my dad to Roy's
Museum and we bumped
into Roy! My dad
instantly turned into
a much younger
version of himself and
followed Roy about
peppering him with questions and Roy was so
kind and generous with his time...it's just
such
a great memory for
both of us.
Thank You Roy -
Happy Trails to You,
Until We Meet
Again!
